Different from traditional leadership — where the leader's main focus is the thriving of their company or organization — a servant leader shares power, puts the needs of the employees first, and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible. Instead of the people working to serve the leader, the leader exists to serve the people.

Hi, I’m Claudia
I'm so glad you're here. The Leading Edge’s story is very much a story of my family. Whereas my mom served as a business consultant to big name corporations for decades, my sister, on the other hand, founded a successful wellness business. Then there was me, Claudia; I landed somewhere in the middle with one foot in each of their worlds: the corporate and the spiritual.
At The Leading Edge, I help others navigate their own personal and professional development journeys so that they, too, can strike their own unique balance – between work and life, head and heart, thinking and feeling, and leading and serving.
