Crossroads is designed to help you be sure that the next path you choose genuinely motivates and inspires you to work at your creative best. Crossroads takes you through three simple, powerful steps. The first step helps you quickly identify the reasons you are at a crossroads. The second step helps you discover or recapture what motivates you. The final step develops the work path you will explore and identifies the first actions you need to take.
