Conquer Your Leadership Journey with
a Coach at Your Side
Even the best athletes and sports teams need a good coach. No matter how successful they are, nor how much they work at sharpening their skills and practicing their technique, a coach is the experienced professional watching from the sidelines—they can spot things the athletes can't.
Regardless of if you're early on in your leadership journey or if you're a veteran leader, there's always more to learn and room for improvement. That's where a coach comes in handy. As you develop your leadership skills, you'll likely encounter wins, losses, ups, downs, lots of questions, and even some self-doubt. A leadership coach is the reliable mentor who's at your side to guide you, provide insight, suggest corrective action, keep you on track, and help you reach your goals.

Life Wheel Assessment
Pause for a Self-Check-In
Self-awareness is essential in anyone's journey. Without a clear understanding of where you are in your life at any moment, how can you know where you're going? How can you measure progress along your transformation if you're going about it blind? I've created this life wheel assessment so you can do an easy and brief self-check-in of where you feel things are going great in your life, and where you may need some attention. This is a simple but powerful exercise designed to help you focus your intentions. By no means is this a complete checklist; the objective is just to quickly evaluate where you’re at right now. This free download is a gift from me so you can practice taking inventory with yourself!

There's a Mentor for Everyone

I'm so fortunate to partner with my dear mother, Jeanne McGuire, and my brilliant sister, Julie Ciulla, to offer three different types of mentoring programs. Whether you're searching for a collaborative space to learn from others on similar leadership journeys, someone to help clear the roadblocks stuck in your path, or the undivided attention of a dedicated coach just for you—we're happy to provide it. Given our combined decades of experience, each of us brings a different perspective and angle of expertise to the table to help you clarify goals, identify and overcome obstacles, and accelerate your progress in leading a more authentic life. Take a look at our coaching offers:

Group Debriefs
Many of our clients find group debriefs to be incredibly advantageous, as they not only get to learn from the facilitator but also get to learn from other group members. This environment is a safe space for those enrolled in leadership courses or PI solutions to share their goals and challenges on this transformation, receive constructive feedback on their practices, reflect on their wins, and relate to one another.
This is truly a real-life application of the communication, collaboration, and co-creation values I teach!

Quantum Wellness
Usually, our biggest obstacles on any journey are our own beliefs, fears, and doubts. That's right: more often than not, we unknowingly stand in our own way! When this is the case, we need to realign our mind, soul, and body to all work in flow with each other as one.
Are you feeling stagnancy on your journey? We invite you to experience quantum wholeness. Working with quantum energy, my sister and I help clear old mindsets, triggers, and traps that have been weighing you down, causing you to lose focus. We do this one-on-one and in groups!

Executive Coaching
Those seeking a more personalized approach should consider our executive coaching. This option is ideal for someone who wants the undivided attention of an individual mentor to help clarify goals and identify hurdles in their path preventing them from achieving success.
Executive coaching can also be valuable for a group of people within your organization looking to grow their leadership skills. Some clients supplement this private coaching with group coaching to accelerate their results!
Prefer to Learn Yourself?
Want to dive into our most popular leadership training course first before enlisting the support of a coach? No problem! We understand many clients prefer the flexibility and convenience that learning at their own pace offers, so please go ahead and help yourself to our Servant Leadership Online Program when the time is right for you. Once you start experiencing this hands-off approach to our training framework (or even after you've completed the course!) you may discover you'd like the additional guidance of a mentor.
