My name is Claudia Pratson and I believe in love above all. I value relationships, humor, kindness, truth, and grace. My personal mission in this life is to help people live their highest expression of authenticity with clarity on their own personal mission as well as a vision for how they'll connect that mission to their everyday actions in order to lead meaningful, fulfilling lives. I empower both individuals and teams of people in this way through leadership workshops, one-on-one coaching, online courses, and live webinars.
When I began my business consulting career 25 years ago, I also began training in various healing, energy, and neuro-linguistic modalities. This helped me build my understanding of the mind-body-soul connection. I have a gift for creating tools and systems, simplifying complex information, and facilitating fun and safe spaces conducive to open and honest conversations which help participants turn information into transformation.
I've been blessed to inherit a legacy of time-tested tools, concepts, and materials from my brilliant mother, who you'll hear more about below. I've added my own expertise to her consulting work, thereby blending the corporate world with the spiritual world, and have created modular online courses to give individuals a roadmap for this tried-and-true approach to personal and professional development. The Leading Edge is very much a family affair, since the story of this business is very much a story of my family. It really all began in 1980 when my incredible mom, Jeanne McGuire, started her consulting practice in Massachusetts (read more about it below). I joined her practice in 1998, quickly building my expertise in leadership development and becoming a master trainer in PI. It wasn't long before I became known as "The People Expert."
Partnering with hundreds of clients over the years, my mom and I came to discover the foundational tools and concepts which help people lead from the heart, creating work cultures where the people come first and the business thrives as a result. We came to refer to this as "The Leading Edge," and we created the Servant Leadership Online Program to make it easy for individuals, teams, and companies to find that edge within their own work environments.
Over time, my mom passed down her practice to me, which, as you've noticed, we now call The Leading Edge. I have the honor of continuing my mom’s legacy, helping people navigate their personal and professional development journeys while finding their own unique balance between work and life, head and heart, thinking and feeling, and leading and serving.
The Abundance Sisters
That's me, Claudia Pratson, and my amazing sister, Julie Ciulla—hence the name, "The Abundance Sisters." And yes, we really are sisters! Julie and I wholeheartedly believe that it is your fundamental birthright to be happy, healthy, and free (yes, YOU!). Yet we see so many people struggling to live the life of abundance they yearn for and so deserve.
As masterful spiritual healers and teachers, Julie and I seek to help clients live their most abundant, most beautiful lives. With 20 years of experience in quantum energy healing, we provide private sessions, lead "Abundance Sister Circle" groups, and teach quantum energy healing through virtual and in-person classes.
Just like everyone else, Julie and I have been on our own journeys of health, happiness, and soul fulfillment; it's become part of our calling and what brings us to this work. We've also experienced firsthand how powerful this energy healing can be. Julie, for example, has overcome two major health issues in her time: stage 4 lymphoma cancer while pregnant in 2009, and liver disease in 2021.

Meet my beautiful mother, Jeanne McGuire. This lady is my rock and the foundation on which The Leading Edge was built!
She's been in this work for decades, ever since starting her own consulting practice, The Focus Group, in 1980 out of Boston, Massachusetts. In the mid-1990s, she was hired by The Predictive Index to transform their certification workshop and realized PI Talent Solutions was an amazing tool for helping people understand one another.
In her more than 40 years of experience in consulting, training, and coaching, she's worked with several big-name corporations— including IKEA, Staples, American Express, Bose, 3M, Fidelity, and Johnson & Johnson—and has earned multiple awards for her cutting-edge work in emotional intelligence, leadership, and customer service excellence.
Now, as an executive coach here at The Leading Edge, Jeanne supports leaders and working professionals at all levels of an organization who want to grow and develop as influential leaders, mentor and develop others, assure their work is aligned with strategic priorities, and bring innovative thinking to their problem-solving process.
